We had a movie marathon Fri night which ended at 2:30am. (Actually later, but i gave up half way thru the 3rd movie)

Then the Sat morning i had class 11 - 1pm.
I was hoping to catch some sleep when the whistle blew!
Being on the 2nd floor, i got SUPER DUPER affected and IRRITATED by this motorized wind blower(??). I was sooooo angry i shouted "SHUT UPPPPPPPP!!"
I understand that this Bangla is not to be blamed. He was doing his job. In fact, he was helping to make Singapore a clean and green country.
But what happened to the good old SILENT rake? The way i see it, the blower is just a noise and air polluting machine (i bet its using diesel!), and it's not helping the cleaner much bcos the leaves are too light they fly all over the place! Granted, prolly use less energy, but at the expense of our environment?!

This after noon I had a quick one at Masjid Tasek Utara, from 12:35 to 12:50pm. I did not hear the azan, until, one of the jamaah, woke me up.
Imagine I was in a small mosque, and didn't hear the azan..must had been very tired huh...
Yeah initially i thought to complain somewhere... But not sure how's they response gonna be so i wanted to see the response after i post on my blog.
and anyways, i got a bad experience emailing to the govt offices. i enquired a few times at ICA, MOE and NAC (National Arts Council) all i get are textbook answers! Even Hanani agreed that they were told to give such replies.
I'll pass you Namesake once i get it back from my colleague... Its not Aish but a very good story abt Indian migrating to the US and the cultural adaptation...
Last saturday I was knocked out from the Flu with the windows closed and the aircon switched on... ehehhehe

Dr Wong from Peace Family Clinic said if u have flu, dont enclose yourself in an aircon room, cos then the germs will stay inside n won't clear. But then, we all know that already. We just need to be comfortable esp when we're sick, right? *winks*
Exactly.. thats the only advise that he gives you know.. thats why i stop going there.. plus he's very lokek with his MCs... I feel its just not worth my time waiting if they give 1 day.. eheeheh MUST 2 days!! lol
YUP.. i SO DONT like the long waiting time.. Raffles at Causeway max 30min on a HOT MON and u can always request for 2 days, no prob.
