Fireworks!!

ARghhhhhh!!

There was an error when i wanted to post and what i wrote just now all gone! Nonsense blogger.

Anyway, firstly, sorry didn't update earlier. Im on MC for two days, yesterday and today. I was down since Sun. Kept sneezing and my back ached. on MOnday, i slept for 13 hours but still was yawning away as i helped mummy to fold the clothes barely 1 hr after i woke up. took afternoon nap but still very tired when i went out to the doctor. But he just said that it's the Cold.

So.... on sat night, my sisters and two cousins went to watch the fireworks at Esplanade. We met at Moulana Mosque at 8pm. Thought we were late. We reached Starbucks at Clifford Pier to see that its already jam packed, no more space to lay out our mat. So we just stood there for 1hr. Apparently the show was supposed to start at 9pm! But, just as well cos if we were to reach there any later, we really wldn't get any STANDING space also.

While waiting, my mood was rapidly going down. i was tired from standing, being pushed and shoved, etc. Worse was, Zubair wasn't there, he was helping my cousin out at some function. i was thinking along the line of, "Why did i waste my time to come here just for some freaking fireworks?"

But my thoughts quickly changed when the fireworks started!. I was really VERY SUPER beautiful. The fireworks came from boats stationed in the middle of the river. and i especially liked the FIREFLY ones. so cute! And the closing was one grand one. Kak Lily said Syifaa's heartbeat was very fast as the fireworks boomed but she hugged her tight and the good girl didn't cry but watched intently.

I caught the first series of fireworks on video on my hp. But after the first interval, i decided to stop cause i wanted to see it for real and not thru my hp screen! and now i regret it cos i wanna remember the scene! Now i miss the firefly crackers....

NExt year, we are definitely going to buy tickets to get proper seats.

So anybody else went to see the fireworks?
