Woo hoo...
I survived April with NO leave, NO MC! and NO Public Holiday! It's a miracle! LOL
March was also a good month, No Leave nor MC but 1 PH that is a long weekend.
Shall i take leave in May despite 2 PH?
Or Should i save it for June or Jul?
I'm left with 8.5 days for the rest of the year!!

If you happen to follow this thread, No i can't take anymore MC as im only left with 3.5days for the rest of the year!
I got a hand injury (story at http://jussaemon.blogspot.com/2008/02/day-when-tragedy-struck.html) and had to use 10 days of MC!!1
well i agree take a long leave instead of those 1 /2 days and plan a trip... even a camping trip to Ubin is not too costly....
what i do is deplete my leave entirely for the whole year with planned trips and worse case scenario..take urgent leave... ehehehehe
