ni resipi ...hi Julissa,<br /><br />i have a simplier recipe.<br /><br />ni resipi dia :<br /><br />ingredients (bread pudiing):<br /><br />6 or more slices bread <br />2 tablespoon butter - melted (yg senang, cairkan/panaskan kat kuali sebelum tuang kat roti, kasi cair sampai macam air)<br />1/2 cups raisins (optional)<br />4 egs beaten (pukul dulu sebelum campur kat bahan)<br />2 cups milk (pakai ukuran measuring cup yg besar, bukan cawan minum air)<br />3/4 cup white sugar <br />1 teaspoon ground cinnamon<br />1 teaspoon vanilla extract<br /><br />directions :<br />Preheat oven to 350 deg Fareinheit (175 deg Celsius)<br />Break bread into small pieces into an 8 inch square baking pan. Drizzle melted butter or margarine over bread. If desired sprinkle with raisins.<br />In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon & vanilla. Beat until well mixed.
